We help communities across the country design, launch, and sustain trauma-informed drop-in resource centers for individuals experiencing homelessness. Grounded in real-world experience and guided by a commitment to equity, dignity, and collaboration, we offer expert support for those ready to turn compassion into action.
We believe that when local residents, nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies come together, it’s possible to create spaces that restore stability, safety, and self-determination for our unhoused neighbors.
Our modular consulting model allows communities to access only what they need - from feasibility assessments and strategic planning to staff training, volunteer systems, grant support, and operational policy development. Whether you’re just beginning the journey or expanding an existing effort, we’re here to help you build a center that works for your community.
Our Vision
A national network of locally rooted, volunteer-driven, and professionally supported drop-in centers that connect unhoused individuals with life-changing services.
Why We’re Different
-
We’ve built and operated a successful drop-in center - The Compass Station - in one of San Diego’s most service-resistant neighborhoods.
-
Our services are flexible. Choose individual modules or a full package, customized to your timeline and resources.
-
Our process centers the voices of those with lived experience, alongside the needs of residents, faith groups, and local leaders.
-
Every tool, policy, and training is grounded in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
